There are a few reasons why a match may not have scheduled an intro call with you yet. It is not because the system is not working technically, so please do not email us asking about that.


The reasons a client may not have scheduled calls are:

  1. They are researching your online presence first before scheduling. This is why we ask you to have case studies, an active web presence, and messaging on your specialties before you come into the network;
  2. They are discussing their matches with Credo before scheduling calls;
  3. The client decided to schedule a call with one match first and then a call with the second if that doesn’t satisfy their needs.
