Once you accept a match request, the client will be asked to schedule a Discovery call with you through the Credo Platform.
They will use the Acuity calendar integration that was set up when you joined, and will be sent a calendar invitation (as will you) containing the conference line you designated in Acuity as the destination for your calls.
In the past Credo made email introductions directly between Pros and Clients. With the Platform, that is no longer the process.
